I learn more and more each day. I mentioned Grace to my family when out the other day. We had a conversation about her and the illness (syndrome). I felt that was a good start. I am trying to keep this subject up and running a little in my life so that I feel freer to bring it up, discuss, and inform others about it.
I do feel badly for myself and my own condition at times. I nearly feel guilty for that when I think of Grace’s condition as it is so much worse.
You are supported, Grace,
Scott

I am a 73 year old woman with a daughter Susan, aged 50 years. I am so pleased to hear about Grace and all that you are doing for her. My daughter too has rett syndrome and as it was not recognised until 1983 in this country she missed out on useful information now available. My daughter too understands everything that is said to her and still has to fight people who just simply see no voice no brain. I would love to share any of my knowledge with you. Good luck and well done. Jennifer Gooding
