Grace was born in November 2008. She rolled over when she was 5 months old and then never did anything ever again. She was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome when she was just 13 months old.
In any hardship I've ever experienced, writing and photography have gotten me through it. So this is more for me than anyone else.

Grace is such a beautiful little girl. She’s gorgeous. I just love the nail varnish. Very cute!
WOW! I was listening to it before I was watching (multitasking as usual!) and heard the ‘sh’ sound then the ‘ba’ sound and when I saw that Grace was on the SHeep blanket I thought… is she singing Ba Ba Black sheep!? She kept looking at the blanket and especially when you asked her what she was singing about. Totally amazing and wonderful!!! Go Grace!

She IS singing Ba Ba Black Sheep! When you said “YES”…she quickly turned and looked at the pillowcase. What an awesome moment! So much happiness and light from her eyes… and what an amazing smile!
This video made my day and brought a smile to my heart, face and spirit. You are such a wonderful mother and Miss Gracie is someone I pray for often. God has placed it on my heart to pray for her and her family. Thank you for sharing this video. Remember, you are never alone and God will continue to give you and your family the strength to carry on. I’m praying for a cure as well. Sending love and blessings from Chicago.
